-Define core architecture and technical specifications for Phoenix and advance the program.

-Build the DePin core framework, including modular design, RAG memory system, and underlying smart model integration (e.g., GPT-4, Llama).

-Develop decentralized governance module to provide basic support for on-chain autonomous organizations (DAO).

-Release the Alpha version and invite the developer community for testing and feedback.

Function Expansion and Ecology Building (2024Q4 - 2025Q1)

-Launched plug-in system to support customized function expansion (e.g. trading assistance, data analysis).

-Integrate multi-platform support to complete seamless connection with Discord, Telegram, Twitter and other social platforms.

-Develop an on-chain economic module to enable DePin to participate in asset management and resource allocation.

-Establish a developer community and launch an early ecological incentive program to attract more developers to join.

Intelligent Body Economy and Mass Adoption (2025Q2 - 2025Q3)

-Introduce the “Smart Body Economy” model, empowering DePin with independent economic behavior and the ability to trade value.

-Launched the Intelligent Body Market to enable users to trade and invest in DePin.

-Optimize Memory Manager to enhance DePin's memory depth and learning ability, and achieve smarter task execution.

-Promote the practical implementation of DePin in DAO governance, automated trading, community operation and other fields.

Cross-chain support and global expansion (2025Q4 - 2026Q1)

-Achieve multi-chain compatibility and support cross-chain interaction with mainstream blockchains (e.g. Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana).

-Expand DePin's application scenarios, including supply chain management, decentralized finance (DeFi) and on-chain social networks.

-Build a global ecological network of developers and users, and organize hackathons and ecological cooperation events to promote ecological prosperity.

-Drive the complete decentralization of Phoenix to form a community-driven governance model.

-Further optimize DePin's autonomy so that it can independently complete complex tasks and continuously optimize its capabilities.
